PROFESSIONAL TUNE UP - $79 or 30 OMR 
 Lube and Adjust Drive train (chain)  
 Inspection and Tune-up of Gears  
 Inspect & adjust brakes  
 Torque screw setting of clamp bolts  
 Inspect tires & tire pressure  
 Inspect & adjust seat post clamp bolts  
 Inspect wheels and hub (truing if needed)
